We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please read our policy below:

Returns

Returns are accepted only for unused, unwashed, and undamaged sarees with original packaging intact. Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sarees that are customized, stitched, or altered
  • Products without original tags or packaging
  • Items damaged due to misuse

Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds (if approved) will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method or as store credit.

Exchange

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Important Notes

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Sale/discounted items may not be eligible for return unless defective
  • Approval of return depends on quality check
